Chapter 22 // Unconditionally.

After joining a show back in LA. I knew I was going to run into Nando sooner or later with some ugly ass chick, but now I had to move on from him and from anyone in my past, including Jensen. 

"Are you ready? Its time for you to move on."

"I agree. I am ready for this new show and I am ready to kick ass." I said to Mel. "How are you holding up after Tama?"

"I am okay. I know I have to eventually move on, but I can't . I just can't and its going to be a while before I can have sex again, but thankfully after the huge ordeal , it didn't hurt me and the fact I can have kids again which is amazing too."

 "I am so glad. Come stay here for a while with me. I have so much to do now and I need you. I have a party to get ready for and I have to look amazingly hot. Hair done, everything including my makeup , which you my twin are the best at." 

"Really?"

"Really, you're the best at hair and makeup and honestly, I know that is what you deserve."

"Thanks sis. By the way, I am so glad we are back here. I am glad you're with me." I hugged her. 

"Always." I said smiling. 

After she gave me a fresh color and cut, I felt like a new person and a brand new woman now. No longer needing a man, I want to be single for a bit. 

"Looking good sis." She said. 

"Are you going to be okay by yourself here?"

"Yeah, I have my streaming services, pizza and  Dany. She is going to be here soon."

"Oh okay good, I love that."

 I had slipped into my purple backless dress and a light black coat. With my hair and my makeup looking amazing as ever as I put my heels on. 

"Well bitch?" I asked her.

"Fucking beautiful. One of my best work."

Jason had gotten word that she was safe after Mel was kidnapped by Tama and thankfully she was able to still have kids, but she lost the one she was carrying, much like my whole ordeal with Nando. 

I had arrived at the dinner party, it was pretty packed in here as everyone looked handsome and beautiful. 

"Ms Johnson, welcome. Right this way please."

"Thank you kindly."

The lady took my black coat as I was seated across from a hot guy and next to someone I know very well. 

"LC, its good to see you again." Billy said.

"Billy, how are you?" I got up and hugged him.

"Wait , you two know each other?" Kevin asked.

"Do you remember that film, Twilight?" I asked. 

"Yeah, that is right, you were in that." He said as I giggled.

"How do you know Kevin?"

"Arrow." I said smiling. 

"Plus LC is like a second daughter to me, but this girl is the hardest working girl there is." 

"Stop Kevin. You're too kind." I said smiling. 

I smiled while looking right at the guy, he was gorgeous. The wavy long haired, blue eyed handsome devil. 

"Excuse me. I need some fresh air." I said.

I got up and headed out to the balcony, I heard footsteps and he put his coat on me as the crisp air had suddenly came over LA.

"So you know Kevin and Billy?" He asked. 

"Yeah,  I met Billy during Twilight movies. I played a high school kid and I was a part of the main group of kids. Later on I met Kevin on Arrow briefly when I played his assistant." 

"Interesting, I think I like you already. How do you feel about kids?" 

"I love them. I almost had some of my own, but my ex beat me so badly I lost them." 

"You're ex beat you?"

"Yeah." 

"I am so sorry that happened to you. I have kids, but being a single father was the hardest thing to do after my wife died." 

"I am sorry that happened to you too." I said. "But this is a new start for the both of us." 

"I am Max." He said. 

"I am LC." He smiled. 

"Trust me, I know who you are." 

"Do you now? " I asked him.

As soon as I said that, I had alarming news. My ex boyfriend was here, lurking around. 

"Hey, everything okay?"

"No. I think we should get inside." 

As soon as we moved inside, I had told Kevin and Billy that he was here. They knew about my exes, now they knew that he was here. 

"Okay may I take everyone's order?" The waiter asked. 

"I will take a Filet with Green Beans and a side Cesar salad." Max said. 

"I will take a Filet with the garlic mashed and a Cesar Salad as well." I said smiling at Max. 

After everyone gave their orders, we began to drink and have a good time, now its time to finally move on from Nando, but he wouldn't let that happen. 

"Oh my god, its Fernando Tatis Jr." I heard the guest say. 

I shook my head and alerted them all about him. I didn't need him showing up now. 

" What are you doing here Nando?" I asked him.

"I came to tell you I am sorry." 

"You can go outside and wait until my business dinner is finished." I said. 

"Okay then we talk right?"

"Maybe she will think about it." Max said. 

 After the guards had taken Nando outside, I had gotten the idea that maybe I should hear what he had to say. 

"Don't you dare." Kevin said. "I know you like a book, you're like my daughter. I know what you're thinking and stop that."

"I won't hear what he has to say. I know he was cheating on me and what he thinks I don't know,  I know what he did. He got a girl pregnant and now she is trapping him into marrying her. I don't want that anymore. Its harder to let him go, but I have moved on now."

"Good." Billy said. 

Max looked at me and smiled.

"To new relationships, friendships, and to even better life now."

"Now Max , don't get all sappy on us." AJ said walking in.

"Wow AJ, couldn't find your hat?" Max asked him laughing. 

"Now Max, be nice." I said. "I am LC."

"I know who you are. I am so happy to finally meet the famous LC." He said.  "Welcome to Fire Country and I want you to join us on Seal Team."

"Okay, fair enough." I said smiling. "Two shows full of Max? I think I am okay with that." 

Max smiled from ear to ear as the dinner went on, we all had a blast but the night was finishing up and now I had to face Nando and Jack in one shot now. Right now I wanted to hang out with Max, AJ, Kevin and the others, I have my new life.

"How about we go and hang out for a night cap." Max said. 

"You know that is dangerous."

"I know, which is why I love the dangerous side of me."

I got closer to him as I was inches from him. Ryan and Ben had been around trying to win me back after everything that happened, they weren't going anywhere.

 "Hey hon. I haven't seen you in a while." Jack said.

"Jack Harlow, this is Max."

"I am one of her friends. You are to her?" Jack asked him.

"Max, her co-star and someone you don't want to mess with." He said.

"Hey Max, give me a minute. "

"Don't go with him." Jack said. 

"No , don't, trust me.. he is bad news. I know you want to come home with me." Nando said. 

I called Mel trying to find out what to do, but now I needed to do what I wanted. She told me to go and enjoy myself.

 "Okay I am ready Max." I said . "What about the kids?"

"They are with their grandparents for a few extra weeks."

I smiled as we jumped into the SUV and headed back to his house. I felt horrible his wife had died, more importantly I am hoping eventually he could tell me, but right now he was grieving still and I didn't want to push him.

"Welcome to my awesome house. I hope you like it."

"I do, its very quaint."

"We just moved to a new house and I am happy , finally."

"Thank you for saving me, I am honestly exhausted from Nando / Jack/ Ryan and Ben drama that its having me really think twice about who I am." 

"Don't worry. I have baggage too and honestly, we just can't get away from it."

I hugged him as I looked into his blue eyes. 

"If this is going to be a one night stand, tell me."

"Nope. I mean unless you want it to be?"

"Nope. Ryan had drugged me and made me sleep with him.. next day he kicked me off the show I was on with him.." 

"I would never do that. Betray your trust is something that is horrifyingly horrible. He raped you basically."

"Yeah he did, couldn't prove it though." I sighed. 

"What about Ben?"

"Just a fling." I said. "I won't ask you about your wife."

"I can tell you. She died in a car accident, that was meant for me by her boyfriend."

"Wow, that is horrible." I said. "I am so sorry."

"Can't be as bad as you and losing two kids with Nando? I mean that PED baseball playing idiot? He cheated on you? I mean who would cheat on you?"

I walked up to him and smiled. His blue eyes were amazingly gorgeous. He was who I needed.

Chapter 21 // My lover

 After the biggest bombshell ever, I had thoughts running through my head and I was trying to figure out what to do next. I had showered , fixed up my hair. Mel had decided to do my makeup, now thankfully she was doing the one thing in this world she loved to do, make up. Anthony had dropped by to pick me up for dinner as I was almost finished getting my dress on. Mel had finished up as I placed my heels and I ended up putting a pair of flats in my hand bag , just in case.

The guards were coming on this dinner outing with Anthony and I , unfortunately they were coming since I only wanted to hang out with him, but right now we had to be on alert. Ben was spotted with Ryan nearby. 

"Hey, so you want to maybe hit up a nightclub after dinner?"

"Oh hell yes. I need some Anthony entertainment." I said laughing. 

The paps were taking pictures of us while TMZ was all over us hanging out. As soon as we were finishing up the dinner, we had the best time ever. 

"Thank you for doing this."

"What do you mean?"

"Coming to dinner with me tonight."

"Oh Anthony, you don't have to thank me. We both needed it , especially after everything we had been through."

He smiled as he put his arm around me. I had gotten the news that I was being cast in the biggest series in England, the Bodyguard I was excited to enter a new country, but also a new type of show I wasn't use to.  We entered the night club with some of the guards. I had them hold my purse as they stood by watching. I changed my heels and put my flats on.  

"Hey baby, long time no see." I heard a familiar voice say,

"Duke, thought you'd be someone's bitch by now in a jail cell." Anthony came over and put his arms around me. 

"Who the fuck is this?"

"I am her boyfriend Anthony." 

"Heard you left Fernando months ago and now you're dating another low life Spanish fucker? By the way, thought you'd lose the babies and come back to me."

"Who the fuck are you calling a fucker, yet along Spanish?"I said getting in his face.  "What the fuck do you know about me losing the babies?"

"You didn't hear? I was the one who had done it, you thought it was Ben? No way toots, I had to do it since I had to have you back." I almost lost my cool.

"I got this." Anthony said pulling me down and into a long kiss. 

The guards had thrown Duke out and onto his ass.. 

"That was your ex?" He asked me.

"Yeah, he used to beat me and be so possessive , told me what to wear, who to see and how to act." I sighed.  "Should've known he was behind me losing the babies and not Ben."

"Lets dance, I can make you feel better." He said as I smiled. 

"After I tell Mel about Duke."

I texted her about Duke and he was the one who had done it. Not Ben, I downed a few drinks with Anthony as we both smiled. 

"Lets dance!" 

We started to bump and grind on each other, I felt different and happy. He spun me around and dipped me. I was having a fun time until Jazz showed up.

"I knew it!" She said trying to make a scene with Duke.

"Knew what?" I asked her.

"You two wanted to be more than just an item."

"Are you busy? Can we talk?"

"How about we get out of here." I said. "I am sorry Anthony."

"I understand, have fun." I had to lie to everyone these past few weeks.

"This was always your favorite dress of my collection, wasn't it?"

"Shockingly you didn't let me rip it off."

"You have a game tomorrow night against the Mets. I will try and make it after taping the scenes."

"I hope you come. I missed you." He pulled me away from the paps as we jumped into the SUV. 

"I better get going , I have an early day." 

He pulled me up on his lap and I kissed him. I needed him right now. The music blasting in the SUV with a divider blocking us from the driver. The guards had stood guard while I decided to go right back into his web. I started to grind on him and I knew what I was doing.

We dropped him off first as we headed back. Sneaking in the house, hopefully no one had noticed. I took my makeup, my dress and put a fresh pair of underwear on since Nando had torn them up. I put my Pajamas on and laid there in bed. I didn't think I could even sleep since all of that happening , but I ended up falling asleep. That next morning, I had gotten up and ready for my scenes. As I got dressed, they were sending me back to LA for SWAT and I was far too excited to go back. Few scenes with everyone here had gone according to their plan. I was only for a guest role to help with this fugitive. I was due to arrive back to Swat soon, but I had to see my love at his game. 

"I still have my nando jersey." I said to Mel.

"Good, you're going to the game?"

"Yeah, I need to." I looked at her. "I am going back to LA."

"Really?"

"Yeah, Swat is going to reintroduce my character coming back from the mission." I said. "Plus I am also back with Fernando."

"I know, I was waiting for you to tell me." 

"How? When did you know?"

"TMZ." She said laughing and shaking her head.

"You're not mad at me?"

"No, you belong with him."

"I am totally coming back to LA. I might have a house in SD if you wanted, but I am getting my house in LA though."

"Two houses? Why not stay with Nando and stay at the house in LA when you're working?"

"Good idea. If he wants me to live with him."

"I am moving with you to LA, we are going to be a family. Jason, you, Me, and Eli." 

"I would love to have you guys with me. I miss you guys."

I face timed Nando while he had been on the road, Duke was behind the whole ordeal and now that Anthony had decided to remain friends with me, I knew it was only a matter of time when Duke showed up again in LA. I had called the movers and planned on moving my stuff into my brand new house. 

"I am coming home." I told Lina.

"You're coming home?" She asked me screaming in excitement.

After telling her, she was so excited to announce it on social media. I told her to since I loved that she took me in and under her wing when I got there.. This was the start of something fresh..

 

 

Chapter 20 // EndGame

A  few months had passed, I felt like I was getting back to my old self. I was not only changing my surroundings, but same character, new city and a new job. My life had changed when I lost the twins. Nando didn't blame me for what Ben did, but I blamed myself and I couldn't bare to look at him the same way so I decided to take a break from everything. After my sister had her baby, I couldn't bare to see my nephew just yet. I know it broke her heart, but mine was still raw at the point. 

"Hey sis. I want to thank you for helping me move in." I said to her.

"You're welcome, I know we haven't seen much of each other since everything that happened, but I am so glad to have you back."

"I love you, I love my nephew but I needed time away from the reminders and now I feel like I am back to my old self."

"Its about time you got back to your old self. Now lets finish this up and go out for dinner."

"Dany should come, girls night out since you had the baby."

"Can't have too much fun, you have an early morning tomorrow and we can go out for dinner, it will be good for you to get dressed up."

"Thank you Dany. You two are my favorite people in the world and both my sisters." I said hugging them both. 

After finally finishing getting ready. I had put on the best outfit ever for dinner.

"Well?" I asked them.

"Beautiful!" They both said as they got ready . 

Finally, back to myself and my sisters. 

"Oh my god." I heard someone say. 

"Anthony Ramos?" I asked.

"Hey Chica. You're looking so hot and so better. I am so excited to have you back." He wanted to hug me, but his fiancee was a total bitch and hated me. 

"Ew." She said walking by me as I laughed.

"Dany, do you think this is a good move?"

"I think its the best decision you have made, even before Nando."

We decided to hit up a steakhouse, it was beautiful weather outside and it was a perfect for some dinner on the deck tonight. 

"I am so glad we decided to do this. I am thankful I have the both of you." 

 After we toasted to each other and family, we finished up our celebration. Mel had gotten a phone call from Tama. 

"Sis, Ben is trying to find you still."

"Oh my god, is he going to give up?"

"No." She said. 

I sighed as I decided to finish up and head home. I had more guards than the Queen of England but who knows if that would even stop him.  

"You okay sis?" Mel asked me.

"Yeah, I think so." I said to her. 

As she decided to stay in the room tonight with me, we had to be up early since Mel was going to do some shopping while I did my reading. I didn't sleep right, the whole night. I needed to focus on everything for tomorrow and now I had an idea on how to do that. That next morning, Dany woke me up, I was far too nervous to even eat anything as I got up and got dressed. It was a warm day and I wasn't sure what to wear to the reading. 

My outfit:

 I put on my sneakers while finishing the touches of my makeup. I walked out of the room with Dany and my guards while Mel was right behind me. We got into the SUV and it took about 20 minutes to get there. As I got dropped off with some guards, the doorman had asked me for ID and a few other things..

"Have fun sis!" Mel said with Dany giving me thumbs up. 

"Thank you." I said smiling as we walked into the building. 

I was nervous, but more excited to get going with this part. With Nando behind me, I was moving forward. As I started to walk toward the elevator , I almost bumped into someone. 

"Oh I am sorry." I said. 

"No need to be sorry, I am sorry for almost hurting you." I smiled at him.

"I am Lauryn."

"My name is Miguel. Going up to what floor?"

"14th."

"Same here." He smiled at me and pushed the button. 

He was soft spoken, extremely handsome. After we had headed off the elevator, I headed into the room with him as he was shocked.  I sat down first as he gave me a cup of coffee. 

"I might be the only one who hates coffee."

"Really?" He asked laughing. 

"Yeah, hot chocolate or even a milkshake works."

He ordered me a milkshake with a bagel from the bagel place down the street. He was perfectly sweet and I couldn't like anyone right now. 

"Hey everyone, welcome to the first reading of the new season." He smiled. "We have a new addition to the team ."

"Welcome." They all turned to me.

"Tell us about yourself?" 

"I am Lauryn Catherine Johnson. I am from San Fran originally and I lived in LA for a bit. I am single and I have no kids." 

"Welcome to NYC and its good to have you." Everyone clapped. 

"Wait, LC Johnson, Dwayne's sister?"

"Yeah, that's me." I said. 

"You dated Fernando Tatis Jr?" Miguel asked me quietly.

"Yeah, don't want to go back to those memories."

"You won't ever have to again."

"Thank you."

I got a text before we started the reading from Anthony. Him and Jazz broke up, not sure why , but I had to make sure he was okay. 

"We are starting, gotta go. We will get some dinner or something later and talk."

"Thank you."  He texted me back. 

 "You know I have your back. You're my best friend."

He sent me a blushing emoji, which made me giggle out loud. They all looked at me as I put my phone back in my purse. A few hours had passed, we finally finished day one of the reading. 

"Hey, want to get some lunch?"

"I am sorry, I can't. My sister is shopping and I need to meet up with them. Tomorrow we can during our takes?"

"Sounds like a plan."

I headed out as I saw Mel with Dany in the SUV. About 50 shopping bags as I heard a rumor about something. 

"Hey, what is wrong?" I asked Mel.

"I told Tama I was retiring from wrestling to stay home with the baby and he told me to get off my ass and valet him and T. I told him up yours."

"Wait, so you're not marrying him?"

"Nope, I am leaving him and moving up here for a bit."

"Stay with me. I would love to see my nephew."

"Are you sure?" She asked me. 

"Yeah I am."

"I am going out tonight with a good friend of mine."

She laughed as she helped me pick out a dress. With her and Tama breaking up, she needed a huge distraction. Dany was going down to get her things and Dwayne was bringing our nephew privately up here, Tama could see his son whenever he wanted , but with supervision. Tama decided to cheat on her, which is what I didn't want to happen. There was some rumblings that Anthony had cheated, that was what Jazz told everyone, but in reality , she cheated first with her neighbor, an 18 year old High school student. I knew I hated her from the start and the bitch was about to get a glimpse of my friendship with Anthony. 

"I had a DNA test done on my son and who the father is.." As she began to tell me, I was shocked that she had cheated on Tama.. "I didn't cheat, we were on a break from each other and I ended up sleeping with someone." 

My jaw dropped, I didn't get the fact she didn't tell me this before, but instead I hugged her. I was mad at her, but what good would it be to blame her over a fact she didn't know if that was even Tama's child? I knew about the other guy she was talking to, but right now I needed to get ready for my dinner with Anthony.

Chapter 19 // I got what you need, Everybody think you shy, but I know you a freak, lil' baby

 After getting the confirmation that I was 2 months pregnant, I couldn't believe it. My life was changing and it was for the better. Mrs. Tatis had been supportive and my mom adored her. Mel had been super attentive with me as well as Tama, Jay and the others. My coworkers had been strict with me, making sure I take my pills with my tea. I had found out they were writing my pregnancy in the show as Victor's love interest, post Bonnie. With David now , it wasn't as weird as I thought it would have been. 

"Hey babe, everything okay?" He asked me.

"Yeah baby, our baby seems to forget to stop giving me morning sickness." I said. 

"My mom will be there soon on the set to help you. Remember I love you more than anything in this world. I can't wait until I see you soon after the filming is over."

"Oh baby, you're the best thing ever to happen to me and I love you so much." I started to cry. "Stupid hormones." 

"You're so fucking cute." He said. 

 "Look at me when I am 8 months along, you might find me unattractive." 

"Never baby." He said. "Trust me, all the women try and get me, but you're the only one I want." 

"I love you." I said. " How are you feeling?"

"Eh, hurting a little, but I am ready for us to be together again."

"Oh baby you're so cute."

"God I can't wait to see you this weekend."

"I know, but if I puke, I will blame your dick."

"Why blame your favorite thing in the world?"

"I don't know." We both giggled.

"Baby, when does filming end?"

"Uhh, two weeks I think?"

"Oh good, you'll be home with me for every home game we have."

"Oh Mi Amor, I will be there for everything."  There was a knock at my trailer. 

"Is it time for you to go?" 

"Yeah, they are calling me to go back on set."

"Okay I love you, my mom will be there shortly. She is pulling into the lot now."

"Okay love, I will call you later." After we hung up, I missed him already but I had to go back on set.

I felt as if I wanted to puke, but it ended up stopping before it started. I got through the day long enough to head home with Mama T. Mom had heard about Nando being hurt so Mom stayed behind with me and Mama T headed back to San Diego. 

"Are you okay?" Jay asked.

"Well, I am two months pregnant, morning sickness is crazy." 

"Oh trust me, my wife says it will get better." He said hugging my shoulders. 

"I hope she's right."

"You miss him don't you?"

"Yeah, he's home because of an injury."

"Oh my god, you should show up there tomorrow."

"Still have some more scenes to do." 

"What if I can get you to do all of your scenes in one day?" 

"If that was the case, I would have done it today, but my baby doesn't really want me doing anything today except laying down."

"Well tomorrow we can do it, don't worry, we are all here to help."Lina chimed in. 

I nodded  Mom had hugged me while Lina, my mom and I headed home. 

"Stopping anywhere?" Lina asked me.

"Damn, you know me too well." I laughed. 

After we stopped off at Wendy's for a quick unhealthy dinner, for me, my baby , Lina and Mom.  After what felt like an eternity of driving , I finally made it home and ended up laying down. I heard the face time ringer as I answered it. 

"Baby, how are you feeling?" He asked me.

"Babe, you're asking me how I am feeling rather me asking you are you okay?"

"Yeah, I mean its a small minor shoulder injury , for you , you're carrying my child and you're my love, so I have to find out if you're okay."

"Well the good news is I haven't thrown up all day, felt it, but never did."

"Oh I hope everything is okay."

"Tomorrow I am taking the day off and heading to SD. I want to make sure everything is okay with the baby."

"Okay, I will be there for you both." I smiled at him. 

"Its so good to see that beautiful face of yours. I miss you so much." I said to him.

"I miss you too, I wanted to know if you could open up the front door."

After my mom had opened the door, he ran into the house with his shoulder wrapped up and his mom excited to see me. 

"Oh my god. Mi Amor.. " I walked to him and kissed him. "How are you feeling?"

"I am okay, I wanted to come see you and we are going back to SD tonight. All of us." Mom said smiling while Lina helped me pack some bags. 

I had gotten a text from Dany about Ben going on a rant and possibly more threats, I wondered would this ever end?

"Ready?" Mama Tatis asked me.

"Si." I said to her as we all headed to SD. 

I felt like I wanted to throw up, but I wasn't sure if it was stopping or if something was really wrong. Both of our moms had sat up front while Mama Tatis drove. I sat in the back with Nando as he grabbed my hand.

"I am scared baby, I hope nothing is wrong with the baby." 

"Lets head to SD and stop at the hospital." 

"I have someone I trust coming to the house tomorrow morning." Mom said. 

"Really?" I asked her.

"Yeah, she is very trustworthy and I can tell something is happening, but not the way you think." She said with Mama T in agreement. Yainee had stopped by with her kids so I can hang out with them as well to get my mind off everything. 

"So how are you doing?" She asked me.

"I am terrified."

"How come?"

"Making sure this baby is okay to being a mom." 

"You're going to be a great mom, you love my kids and they aren't the easiest but you manage to keep them from screaming and tearing at each other. I love how you put them first before yourself."

"Always. I love your kids, they listen to us to mostly." We laughed.

After mom had called me about LC last night, I wanted to take a return flight home, but now I didn't have to. Mom and Mama T had been there for her as well as Nando. My baby is going to be born in Tampa, most likely. I felt horrible for Nando, his shoulder was hurting and LC worrying about him is taking a toll on her.  

"Everything okay baby?" Tama asked me.

"Yeah, I am good. Baby is doing flips and shit." I said laughing. 

"Well, we find out soon if its a me or you." He said laughing. 

I laughed as I knew we had to tell everyone our secret. Next week when we planned to be in LA for Tama's LA show with the boys,  but telling them our secret was going to be harder than I thought. What would they say about it? I hope they wouldn't be upset.

"Well lets just say mom put the fear in that ugly fake mom and your exes." 

"Exes?" Nando asked.

"Yeah, Ben decided to side with Ryan after all."

"Oh fuck his stupid ass white shitboy." I said as Nando laughed. "I didn't want to say this, but he was always too show off with me. He only cared about my status when it met his needs. Plus he hit on everyone else."

"What a douche bag." Nando said. "I would show you off, but sometimes I would rather keep you to myself and when I am with you, no one else is there in the room but you. You're the woman of my dreams , Mi Amor."

"Can't, pizza is coming." 

"You two and pizza." She rolled her eyes. 

"Bye, love you, pizza's here. Call me tomorrow." I said.

After we hung up with Mel, the pizza came, Mel sent us a video, now everyone was shipping both Nando and I .

"I don't know, I mean I missed my period last month ,but it might just be stress."

Mama Tatis had gone to the store with Mom as I stayed behind. I grabbed some water . I sat and thought what if I was pregnant? Would Nando be upset?  We never talked about kids, or does he even want any? She had came back about 10 minutes later, with a bag from the local grocery market. 

"Okay so you take these and we wait together." She said smiling. 

"What if he doesn't want children or hates me after this?"

"He loves you, he loves you more than anything in this world, even baseball." 

"Wow." Both Mama and Mom hugged me as I headed into the bathroom to pee on each stick. 

I sighed as we waited for 5 minutes, mom had the ballgame on in the bedroom while we waited. I laid down for a few minutes as the timer went off for each one. Nando had come home as I didn't bother looking yet. 

"Hey love. Everything okay?" He asked me.

"Um.. I have to talk to you." 

"Okay, I hope to god you're not leaving me." 

"Never." I started to cry. 

"What's going on?" He asked. 

"Come with me, both of you." Mama Tatis said in Spanish. 

We got up and we headed into the bathroom. I showed him the tests, afraid he will walk out or leave me. I turned away from him. 

"Wait, you're pregnant?" He asked me. 

"Yeah, how mad are you?" I asked him.

"Baby! I am so happy. I get to start a family with you."

"Wait you're not mad or going to leave me?"

"No way, we have to go to the hospital and find out for sure." He got so excited , but it wasn't certain I was even pregnant. 

Tests say yes, but sometimes that may not be the case. Nando, Mom and Mama T had came with us to the hospital for a check up, thankfully they had an older nurse to help and draw the blood.

"You okay?" He asked me.

"Yeah, nervous , scared and excited." I smiled.

"I love you." He said.

 "I love you more." After the nurse drew the blood, it wouldn't be right away when we found out. 

Now the waiting game is the hardest game I ever had to play.

 

Chapter 17 // I've seen the devil, Yeah, I met him last night. One conversation , Now I'm spending the night

 That next day I had headed into the apartment and I needed a shower.I had called out of work to make sure they knew I didn't feel good, but I felt fine. There was a knock at the door, I had gotten up to answer it as he kept talking to me. 

"Hey LC, these came for you." My guard said. 

"Thank you Eric." I said smiling."Wait, these are from you?"

"Do you like them?"

"Oh my god, I love them." I said smiling. "Thank you."

"Okay I need to get going to the buses, they will leave without me. I look forward to seeing you on Friday."

"Okay be safe.Call me later if you want, or we can face time." 

After we said our goodbyes, I smiled as I put them into water. I laid down that day with the TV on. I heard the door open. 

"Hey, how are you feeling?"

"Better."

"Good, what happened?"

"Oh probably just over exhausted." 

"Uh huh." Lina said laughing.

She made me some soup as I laughed. 

"Do you think they were mad I called off from shooting today?"

"No, they just went around your scenes and shot the ones you weren't supposed to be in." 

"Oh, well I will be there tomorrow."

"So how was it?"

"What are you talking about?" 

"The sex!" Lina screamed. "You have to tell me, was it good?"

"Holy shit, he did things my exes couldn't even dream about. The sex was incredible."

"It was so good that you needed the day off." We laughed. 

Returning to work tomorrow had its perks, thinking about other things than Nando and on top of that I was heading there for the weekend before going back to work. I was happy finally, this time around. But this time, Ryan wasn't letting up and he had someone that was now on his side.That next morning, we had headed into work, thankfully I had to remember lines so I couldn't think about Nando and what happened between us. 

"What happened?" Mel looked at me while sitting in my trailer.

"What are you talking about?"

"LC!" I heard my guard rush in.

"What about my friends on the set?"

"Trust me, Shemar is already at home and the only one here other than you two is Lina." 

"Okay, grab her, Mel and all of us are heading out of town. "

"We already got Lina in the car, we need you two to come."

Both of us grabbed our purses and headed to SD. Dany already had our go bags while Leo and Jay were standing by to pick her up somewhere nearby. 

"Bye, be safe. Call me on the burner when you get to the game."

"I will, be safe and you two better take care of her." I said to them both. 

"We will." They said as I waved. 

"You okay?" Lina asked.

"No. I am over him stalking me." I said sighing. 

I told Dany to get me a restraining order from the state against Ryan and everyone he converses with.  Lina was being dropped off at Alex's house. She was safer there while I was heading to SD. I was safer there with Nando. My guards had followed me everywhere, including restaurant's bathrooms along the way. I placed my hair in a ponytail and put my cap on. I looked unrecognizable. An hour and a half later , we finally puled up to the ballpark. Getting out, the PR person for the Padres had given us tickets and we went in. 

"Nando is looking forward to seeing you." He told me.

"Really?"

"Yeah, he can't stop talking about you."

I smiled as the game was starting, he didn't know I was here yet.. They had a short top of the beginning with Fernando leading off the bottom half. 

"Come on Nando!" I screamed and cheered. 

He hit a bomb to the upper deck and I cheered even louder. He saw me standing there as he smiled and winked. He danced in the dugout and started laughing again.

Mel's POV:

After LC had dropped me off, I wasn't worried about her being in SD. She is safer there than being here in LA. I finally decided to have a sit down with our mom , Jay and Leo had decided they wouldn't go anywhere without me and thankfully Ata with Dwayne had agreed to come.  

"Are you ready?" My brother asked me.

"Yeah, time to put an end to Ryan, our stupid ass wannabe mother and anyone else trying to ruin LC's life."

"Okay sounds good." Jay looked at Dwayne and nodded. 

"Thank you Dwayne for coming with us. You're the best big brother ever."

"Well, you two are the best. You always have a good head on your shoulders and LC, this world wouldn't be the same without her, she is one of a kind." He said.

"Don't you forget that too." I said laughing. 

"Where is she ?"

"San Diego, visiting her boyfriend." Jay said sounding jealous. 

"Boyfriend?" Mom asked.

"Yeah, that baseball player she met last week." I told her. "His name is Fernando Tatis Jr."

"Oh he is a stud. She did good." Mom said as I spat my drink out all over the seat. 

 We laughed as we pulled up to the outdoor cafe , I had my backup to save my sister from the threat. Ryan walked in with mom as I walked in with our real family.  As we sat down , Ryan had appeared with Ben.  What the fuck was Ben doing here?

“Thank you for coming, I wasn’t sure you would.” That woman said  

“Leave LC alone. She’s finally happy and in love, if you don’t leave her alone, I’ll have you all arrested and you two will never see acting anymore. I’ll make sure of that.” Dwayne firmly stated. 

“I want her back! Who is she dating now?” Ben said. 

“That is none of your business. I am her mother and if you continue to do this, I’ll make sure you are Bubba's bitch at the jail.” Mom screamed at all of them. 

We got up and walked away, let’s just hope this meeting worked. 

 "Mom, I am so happy you did that."

"Oh my god, mom. Way to go." Dwayne said.

After everyone got together to help out LC, there was a bigger problem in store for her. Just how much would she need us?

Chapter 16 // I know it's crazy, but I feel like you could be the one that I've been chasing in my dreams

A few months had passed ,  I was thriving during the show. Mel had announced to everyone she was pregnant with twins , had yet to reveal the sexes of the babies. Tama had been in Japan while the announcement was happening and ended up face timing. Tonight I was headed to a baseball game, the San Diego Padres were in town and I had no idea what was about to happen. "He is still in love with you though." 

"I know, but I don't feel that and he at least respects my decision." 

"Now go get  showered and dressed."

"Wow." Lina said. "If no one asks for your number tonight on either team, then they are fucking morons." 

I laughed so hard as I was ready. Mel wasn't feeling good so Lina was going to face time with her while some of my costars were recording it. There were some Padres fans and some Dodger fans. Shemar was throwing to Dodgers while I threw to the Padres. I ended up choosing Fernando, this time I had to make sure my arm was loose. 

"Ready? We have to go earlier than expected." Shemar asked as we all piled in. 

"Ready." We all said as we grabbed the guards and headed into two cars. 

We headed to the stadium before the fans showed up, I have always wanted to do this, but right now I had to focus. 

"LC, Shemar? Right this way." The PR man said. 

After we headed down to the field, we met all of the players. Fernando was even hotter than I had ever imagined. 

"Hello, I am Fernando." He said shaking my hand. 

"Hi, I am LC." He smiled. 

"I am a huge fan of yours." Fernando said.

The game was starting as I was ready to see the team start off good. As soon as he walked up to the plate, the first pitch came and it nearly hit him.

I had sat back down as he dusted it off, I was pissed and livid that this ugly ass fucking moron had decided to throw at him. The next pitch he was setting up for was the one he needed.
